ALP is still the best option in that category and they do by far the best job of updating against newer guns.regardless of what an installer may try to sell you. For the past couple of years, Escort has sold the radar system as a stand alone purchase without the jammers. (that's what I had installed on my car with the 360 Ci). If you decide to go with the Escort 360 Ci, just buy the radar system and combine it with the ALP's. With all that said, don't go with the Escort jammers. The Escort offers better range and the Radenso offers better system adjustment options. Honestly, they're both good systems and you won't go wrong either way. Thank you so much in advance for your advice/input! I do not want to have 2 separate control units in the car so doing Escort+ALP or another mix is not an option. The decision for me comes down to whether the Escort laser shifters are good performers or if you would recommend ALPs as much superior. He is a solid installer with high ratings so decently confident he will figure it out. The installer is willing to put this in the car but is not as familiar with the set-up process her as he is with the Escort.

Option 2: I would like to have an integrated unit so if I go with the ALP laser shifters then my choice is the Radenso RC-M. I am curious if others have also chosen Escort laser shifters over the ALP and learn from your decision process and experiences.

I am told the recent Escort software update has made the laser shifters that come with the Escort 360ci comparable to ALP in performance, particularly if I do 3 laser shifter heads up front. Option 1: The local installer recommends Escort 360ci with 3 heads in front. Typically I would do an ALP 3 heads with windshield mounted R7 but this particular SUV has the Mercedes acoustic windshield which necessitates a built-in radar install. I live in California and mostly drive within California, Nevada and Oregon. Hi - I am finalizing the Radar+Laser system for the family SUV and wanted to solicit input from others who may have previously decided between Escort and Radenso/ALP systems.
